I am Claudia Ceppi, MSW, RSW, and my passion is helping individuals and couples navigate the invisible loads of life. Serving Stoney Creek, Paris, and Binbrook, I specialize in EMDR and IFS therapy for those who give so much to others - including First Responders, Veterans, and Parents.
My work with IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out) is designed to help couples move from conflict to deep, compassionate connection. Whether you are dealing with trauma, burnout, or a loss of intimacy, there is a path forward. I am here to help you find it.
Education
IFS Level 2 & IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out)
Deeply trained in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, including Level 2 and Level 3 (in progress). Specializing in IFIO to help couples move from conflict to compassionate connection.
EMDR - EMDRIA APPROVED
Specialized training through the Therapist Education Institute. Using EMDR to facilitate neurobiological healing and the unburdening of legacy wounds and PTSD.
Master in Social Work
Master of Social Work (MSW) | Eastern University. Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the OCSWSSW, specializing in somatic, relational, and attachment-based therapy for individuals and couples.
